By creating an account, accessing the Service, or completing a transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Platform Role

Armry Shakedown is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of tactical equipment and related items.

• Armry Shakedown does not own or take possession of listed items.
• Armry Shakedown is not a firearms dealer.
• All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers.
• Users assume all risks associated with transactions.

3. Eligibility and Verification

The Service is intended exclusively for verified law enforcement officers, first responders, and public safety professionals.

• Users must complete identity verification.
• Verification may be re-requested at any time.
• Misrepresentation may result in account termination.
• Only one account is permitted per user.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited:

• Firearms
• Ammunition
• Suppressors and NFA items
• Explosives and destructive devices
• Controlled substances
• Stolen property
• Counterfeit goods

5. Restricted Items

Magazine sales must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

• Sellers must accurately state magazine capacity.
• Buyers are responsible for legal compliance in their jurisdiction.
• Armry Shakedown may implement technical safeguards but does not guarantee compliance.

6. Listings

All listings must comply with the Listing and User Content Policy.

Purchases create a binding agreement between buyer and seller.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Armry Shakedown is not liable for:

• Item authenticity
• Shipping issues
• User conduct
• Damages arising from transactions

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under Michigan law unless properly opted out within the required timeframe.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Armry Shakedown may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or related policies.

1. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe Connect.

• Sellers must maintain a valid Stripe Connected Account.
• Stripe may collect identity and banking information.

2. Seller Fees

• Up to $1,000 in completed sales: 20% platform fee
• Over $1,000 in completed sales: 10% platform fee

Stripe processing fees also apply.

4. Disbursements

Funds are held for 72 hours following delivery confirmation or buyer acceptance.

Disbursement timing depends on Stripe and the seller’s bank.

5. Extended Holds

Funds may be held longer for:

• Claims or disputes
• Fraud investigations
• Verification issues
• Compliance reviews

6. Taxes

Sellers are responsible for all applicable taxes arising from sales on the Service.

7. Account Termination

Armry Shakedown may retain funds for up to 180 days following account termination to cover disputes or chargebacks.

1. Shipping Availability

The Service currently supports domestic United States shipping only.

2. Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping items.
• Tracking information must be uploaded.
• Sellers must comply with carrier requirements.
• Shipping labels are not provided by Armry Shakedown.

3. Shipping Timelines

• If no tracking is uploaded within 5 days, buyers may cancel.
• If the item remains unshipped after 12 days, buyers may cancel.
• Orders unshipped after 21 days may be automatically canceled.

4. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is determined by carrier tracking records.

5. Insurance

Sellers are responsible for purchasing shipping insurance if desired.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Disclaimer

Armry Shakedown is not liable for shipping delays, loss, damage, or carrier issues.

Effective Date: July 4th, 2026

1. Buyer Acceptance Window

Buyers have 72 hours from confirmed delivery to:

• Accept the item
• Open a claim

If no action is taken within 72 hours, the item is considered accepted and the sale becomes final.

2. Eligible Claims

Claims may be submitted for:

• Item not received
• Item not as described

Claims based on buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction are not eligible.

3. Seller Response

Sellers must respond to claims within five days.

4. Resolution

Armry Shakedown may:

• Issue a full refund
• Issue a partial refund
• Deny the claim

All determinations are final.

1. Offsite Transactions Prohibited

All transactions initiated through the Service must be completed through the Platform.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing contact information
• Directing users to outside payment methods
• Avoiding platform fees
• Using multiple accounts to bypass enforcement

3. Monitoring

Armry Shakedown may monitor communications and user content to detect policy violations.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Account suspension or termination
• Financial penalties
• Collection efforts

5. Liquidated Damages

Violations may result in fees or liquidated damages of up to $250 per violation.

6. Disclaimer

Off-platform transactions are not protected by Armry Shakedown systems or dispute processes.

Listings must include:

• Accurate descriptions
• Current photographs
• Pricing information
• Shipping terms

2. Seller Certifications

By listing an item, sellers certify that:

• They legally own the item
• The item is accurately described
• The item complies with applicable laws
• The item is not prohibited

3. Listing Expiration

Listings expire after 30 days unless renewed.

4. User Content

Users retain ownership of their content but grant Armry Shakedown a license to use and display it in connection with operating the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false or misleading content
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Spamming or scraping the Service
• Attempting to bypass platform rules

6. DMCA Compliance

Armry Shakedown responds to copyright infringement notices in accordance with applicable law.

7. Content Removal

Armry Shakedown may remove content at its discretion.
